Follow Friday #12

Hi all and welcome to Follow Friday!

This is a great feature hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read and I am very excited to be taking part today.

Every week participants have to answer a question so that we can all get to know each other a little better. This week's question is:

Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?

Oh no! This is a really hard one as there are so many books I love that I would end up absolutely broke if I had to buy copies for all my friends and family! Some of these books would be:

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Storm Born by Richelle Mead
Matched by Allie Condie
Mark of the Sylph by Rosalie Lario
Moon Called by Patricia Briggs
Avenger's Angel by Heather Killough-Walden

And this is a shortened list as most of them are part of a series that I loved, so I've just listed one book rather than the whole series! Plus some of them are a bit too steamy to give to relatives so they might have to just be for friends ;)

I'm pretty sure that the Harry Potter books are going to be a popular answer again this week but I still haven't read them yet! But I'm planning on starting that series once I've finished the two books I'm currently reading and I'm very excited :)

So, what books would you buy for all your friends and family? Let me know if you've found me through the blog hop and I'll come and return the follow.

I try to buy the books I want my friend to read. And other times I start her out with a series followed by a list of the other books in the series she needs to read in the right order! Great picks!

Here's my Friday Hops

Have a GREAT weekend!

Harry Potter is all over the blogosphere, but it deserves to be so! I have the same thing, everyone keeps telling em to read The hunger Games and I still haven't been able to! Hope you have a great weekend and hop on over if you have the time:

The Hunger Games is a popular pick this FF, as is Harry Potter. But seriously they are must read books for everyone!

I promised a couple of fellow book bloggers I wouldn’t “machine gun” my Follow Friday posts on the blogs I visit but this week’s Follow Friday has inspired me to make an important exception.

The book I think everyone should read is a work of non-fiction called The Four Hour Workweek. The thing is, the book is very well written and entertaining so it reads like a work of fiction. What the book can do to enhance your life and change the way you live day by day seems unbelievable on its face which might mark it a legitimate work of fiction for the skeptics out there.

If you read this work of non-fiction and really follow the advice it gives and apply the insights you’ll gain, your life will read like a modern tale fairytale.

I encourage, implore and even insist you follow me back to my book blog so you can find out why I think EVERYONE should read The Four Hour Workweek – http://www.howardsherman.net

TGIFF!

Hunger Games is crazy popular today too (not just Harry Potter)! I enjoyed Matched a lot too and I'm about to read Moon Called. Awesome list.
Happy #FF and Happy Reading!
